We’re looking for an osteopath who still finds this work genuinely interesting.
A self-employed associate role at our Waterloo clinic — part-time to start, with real scope to grow. New graduates welcome.
Apply Now About BowNot someone who qualified and settled into a routine. Someone who treats a patient, goes home, and finds themselves still thinking about it – questioning what they did, why it worked, what they’d do differently next time.
The kind of osteopath we want to work with.
I’m still learning every week. That’s exactly why I know how much the right environment matters at this stage – and it’s the kind of place I’m committed to building.
Attitude and curiosity matter more than years on the clock.
How we work
Patient-led, not protocol-driven.
What we do here isn’t protocol-driven. We apply what actually matters for the specific person in front of us, which means thinking on your feet, reassessing constantly, and being honest when something isn’t working. For a lot of chronic pain patients, the missing piece is understanding what the body does when it actually has to load and move – not just lying relaxed on a table. But the approach is always led by the patient, never a fixed script.
What you’ll get
Referrals, mentorship, and a caseload worth showing up for.
You’ll get existing patient referrals, genuine clinical mentorship, and a caseload of people who are engaged, motivated, and genuinely interesting to work with. I want you to feel like you’re learning on the job – because that’s what mattered most to me, and I think it’s what separates someone who’s good from someone who keeps getting better.
