I’m not just here to get you out of pain.

I want to understand why it showed up in the first place and help you move forward with more confidence in your body.

My background is in strength training and performance. Before becoming an osteopath, I spent years lifting, coaching, and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I have also worked in desk-based corporate roles, so I understand both the strain of long hours sitting and the frustration of injuries interrupting training.

Those experiences shape how I treat.

I combine hands-on osteopathy with a strong understanding of movement and load. I look at how your body moves in everyday life, where it might be overworking, and where it may need more support.

Pain is often a protective response. When your body does not feel strong or safe enough for the demands placed on it, it tightens, guards, or becomes sore. My role is to calm that response and gradually rebuild trust in your movement again.

I work with active individuals, busy professionals, and people recovering from injury or surgery who want to understand their body, not just silence symptoms.

You can expect clear explanations, practical guidance, and a plan that helps you feel more in control.

Understanding is part of pain relief.
